Available to individuals and organizations who desire guidance and accountability in getting their desired results. Coletta is passionate about coaching high-achieving, spiritually-centered individuals who desire to go “beyond stuck” and create the lives they were born to live.  She is skilled at guiding clients through the process of discovering the root of what has gotten them stuck and creating breakthroughs and mental shifts so they can move forward.  Through Coletta’s coaching, clients will take an introspective look at where they are, where they want to go and develop clarity about that vision.  The goal is to help clients accelerate the pace of their personal growth and reach maximized results faster.

Classes

Group Coaching Classes - Available beginning in January 2017. The "Getting Unstuck Growth Class” will facilitate participants through a three session teleclass in which they identify the areas in which they are stuck, develop an action plan, become aware of personal distractions and outside detractors, create a focus strategy and adopt a different perspective to achieve their desired results.
  
Teleclasses – Available to individuals and organizations who desire information on specific topics relating to personal or organizational growth via the telephone.  A typical class is 50 minutes.  Offerings include: The Happiness Factor, The Happiness Factor for Teens, Discovering Me, Discovering Me for Teens, and Goal Setting and Goal Getting.

Workshops – Available to individuals and organizations who desire information on specific topics relating to personal or organizational growth in an in-person setting.  Workshops can range from 45 minutes to 3 hours depending on the needs of the client.  Offerings include: The Happiness Factor, The Happiness Factor for Teens, Discovering Me, Discovering Me for Teens, and Goal Setting and Goal Getting
