Many of the things we encounter can be worked through with the proper tools. Once equipped, you and your spouse will find yourselves on a path toward a healthier, more fulfilling relationship. Whether you are engaged and seeking pre-marital guidance, a married couple in crisis or a couple simply desiring a tune up, we are passionate about coaching and walking with you on your journey!
Who We Are
The MoveU4Ward Team is trained and certified in various programs designed to enrich relationships. One program we use is PREPARE/ENRICH, a leading relationship inventory and skill-building program used nationally and internationally. It is built on a solid research foundation and significantly improves a couple's relationship. PREPARE/ENRICH is custom tailored to your relationship and provides couple exercises to build your relationship skills.

The Five Week Marriage Tune-Up is a practical journey complete with several "tune up exercises" that will lead you and your spouse into a deeper level of intimacy and a greater resolve to stay committed to a lifetime of marriage. Whether your marriage is faltering and you need intervention strategies or your marriage is healthy and you would like to strengthen it,
The Five Week Marriage Tune-Up ministers to couples on all levels. The Tune-Up gives insight into five major elements that make for a vibrant marriage.
Our years of ministerial experience have allowed us to journey with couples who are in crisis and those who simply need mentoring for a season. We delight in helping couples reach a place of health and restoration!

Congratulations on taking this step! It is important to us that you have clarity about the difference between coaching and other types of professional services such as therapy or counseling. Relationship Coaching focuses on where you are presently and where you are headed, with a goal of helping you gain clarity about your marital vision, eliminate obstacles to your success, accelerate the pace of relational growth and achieve results that empower you and your spouse to live your best life.
While coaching is forward-focused, counseling tends to deal more with past issues in which you may find yourself stuck and struggling. We may discuss something that has occurred in the past, but only for the purpose of clarifying the present. If your past is an issue, counseling is your best option. If your past is simply a fact (regardless of whether the circumstances were difficult or negative), you are ready for coaching.
Services
Pre-Married Couples
- Prepare/Enrich Private is a consideration if you are wanting private & personal sessions and your wedding ceremony is scheduled far enough in the future to allow completion of at least seven (7) sessions.
- Prepare/Enrich One Day is a one day 8 hour program for couples looking for a large group setting and is only a one day session. This will be offered on varying Saturdays.
Both of these are approved programs by the Twogether in Texas program that provides a $60 discount on the marriage license when you apply for it at your local county clerk’s office.
Married Couples
- Prepare/Enrich Private is for those who desire private sessions in an intimate setting. Couples in crisis and those experiencing particular hardship are encouraged to choose this option as well as couples desiring to strengthen their relationship.
- Marriage Tune Up is for healthy couples looking to deepen their marital bond and enrich their overall relationship.
Service Fees
Prepare Enrich Private - $460 per couple
(Includes: Electronic assessment, workbooks, and all coaching sessions)
a. Option 1 - Pay the total amount of $400 up front
b. Option 2- Pay a deposit of $100 to register, then pay $60 each for the next 6 sessions

Meet Your Coaches!
Marcus and Chilesa Ready have been ministering to marriages for over 10 years. Having experienced brokenness and redemption in their own marriage, their focus is always to encourage, enrich and educate engaged and married couples on how to live out God’s divine plan for their marriage.
They are certified Prepare/Enrich facilitators and have conducted marriage workshops & seminars, hosted small groups and facilitated marriage retreats. They have particular expertise in marriage ministry development and currently serve as the Marriage Ministry Directors at New Creation Christian Fellowship in San Antonio, Texas. In addition, they are a part of the leadership team for the San Antonio Marriage Initiative and are the facilitators of Couples Story Workshop, a one day event that equips couples to share a message of hope with others.
Marcus is an Information Technology manager and Chilesa is a licensed minister, educator, attorney and writer. They have 3 children and reside in San Antonio, Texas.
With over fifteen years of marriage experience, Antonio and Coletta Patterson share practical truths to enhancing any marriage. These truths come from a wealth of experience from their pastoral ministry in which they have counseled engaged and married couples. They also have expertise in developing marriage curricula used at marriage retreats and workshops. Antonio and Coletta are gifted in helping couples see issues lying beneath the surface in a way that brings healing and restoration. They have a passion to see thriving marriages and homes filled with God’s love. Antonio is a pastor, educator, teen mentor, and fitness motivator. Coletta is a published author, certified personal development coach, speaker and business consultant.
